Though many types of bearing are available in the market, the manufacturing process of the bearing is not easy. Different types of metal alloy are melted to produce good quality bearing. The automated casting process makes a standard size of bearing. After manufacturing of bearing, the QC team conducts different types of testing to ensure its grade. They apply destructive and non-destructive tests after collecting random samples. The bearing sample which one is used for the destructive test, can not be used this again in any machine. That means the sample gets fully damaged. On the other hand, the bearing sample which one is utilized for the non-destructive test can be used in any machine. Depending on the standard, the same dimension of bearing price can be changed. The other reasons for price variation are dollar rate, country import tax, transportation cost, manufacturing countries, quality of materials etc.
